Fun Facts

Kearney Public Schools has approximately 945,000 square feet of floor space which sit on approximatley 126 acres of land.
There are 242,300 square feet of space at Kearney High.
51 people work in the Buildings and Grounds Department.
The Whittier Learning Resource Center is the oldest building in the district, being built in 1920.
Central Elementary which was built in 1927 is the oldest school in the district.
Kenwood Elementary, our newest building, was built in 2011.
